I'm at Heathrow and the intraweb, apparently unaware of certain events that occurred in the skies over southern England, is serving me the German version of sites. This is not helpful, although I could get used to using Google to search "Das Web."

lol. thats funny. i had that when i was in Thailand. at least German uses a script you can READ!
I get so annoyed when they simply ignore routing and assume that you're German just because you are roaming on a German owned and therefore based wifi provider in the UK. Interestingly I never had this whilst traveling the same wifi provider's network in the US.
